How to not get banned.

Hard Rules

i. No metagaming. We’re enforcing this one. Don’t use information discussed out of character (OOC) in in character (IC) scenarios. If somebody tells you OOC about their nation’s new bomber, don’t use that OOC information to make a perfect IC counter. This is what spies are for, and if we use OOC information IC, it kills the fun of the game.

ii. No harassment. If someone wins a battle or makes an unpopular leader IC, don’t harass or berate or hate them OOC. This roleplay may involve a good bit of our time, but that doesn’t mean if things don’t go our way we have to throw a fit. Harassment makes the game not fun, and that will kill the community and the roleplay.

iii. No multiple nations. You are limited to one nation, no matter how fun it may be to do otherwise. If your nation is divided into two somehow, you can either nominate someone to RP the other part, or a mod will communicate with you and handle it.

iv. No mod drama/abuse. If there’s an issue between a mod and the community, stay calm and we’ll solve it together. Don’t witch-hunt anyone as well. If a mod abuses their powers, then that is grounds for punishment (removal of mod powers, etc.).

v. No godmodding. This means you can’t just say “my army is better than yours, and so you’re crushed” or “I’m on the moon because my nation is magical” or similar scenarios. Essentially, nothing impossible and non-sensical. Follow the mechanics we've written for the game.

vi. Private plans and moderators. If you’re making big plans in secret in PMs, let a moderator know. If you and a bunch of your friends start doing weird things that you planned in PMs that to moderators look like potential rule violations, we’re going to be suspicious. Just keep a moderator informed of any secret plans, and it will all be good. If you do a secret project and don't tell anybody, then we can't take your word for it, and you'll have to start it again from the start.

Guidelines

i. No excessive profanity. If you use profanity or mature content, it should have a reason.
ii. Don’t be a dick. This is the golden rule. We understand if your character might be a jerk, but OOC, we’re all friends. We’ll have more fun that way.
